- Urinary incontinence
- We specialise in the treatment of urinary incontinence, especially in women, offering alternatives like laser, Botox injections or minimally invasive surgery.
- Acute urological problems
- Lumbar colic pain, inability to urinate, testicular pain or lumps and urinary bleeding require early treatment by a qualified specialist who can also provide medical-surgical management of the illness without unnecessary delays.
- Management of kidney stones
- Also called lithiasis or urinary tract stones, using a minimally invasive approach and rapid recovery process for the patient.

Key issues and solutions
- Robotic Surgery
- Prostate laser
- Recommended when healthy urination becomes an issue in men. If you need prostate surgery, the latest generation laser allows you to achieve the best results, reducing complications and hospitalisation time.
- Urological laparoscopy
- If you require surgery for a tumour or reconstructive surgery, the laparoscopic route is preferable when technically feasible as it removes the need for abdominal incisions, reduces hospitalisation time and the patient recovers to normal activities more quickly.
- Urinal bleeding test
- Early diagnosis of genitourinary tumours. Using international standards and protocols for each case, we perform tests on patients at risk of developing or have a tumour in a urinary area of the body. We seek early diagnosis of kidney, urinary tract, bladder, prostate, testicle tumours and other conditions...
- It is the most advanced surgical system that currently exists to perform the most complex interventions through a minimally invasive approach.

Key conditions and solutions
- LASER treatment for kidney stones.

- LITOCAV penile shock wave treatment.
- Treatment of erection problems and penile deformities through the use of shock waves that favour the formation of new blood vessels and nerve connections as well as the destruction of plaques that cause penile deformation in order to enjoy more powerful and satisfactory erections for the patient.
- FUSION 3D Prostate Biopsy.
- By using the latest technology, we can provide unprecedented precision when performing a prostate biopsy by combining Magnetic Resonance Imaging and high-definition ultrasound to increase the detection rate of prostate tumours.
- Erection problems.
- By approaching this prevalent problem in an integrated and personalised way, we can massively increase satisfaction in relationships, providing state-of-the-art treatments and combining them with psychological support when necessary.
- High resolution urological ultrasound.

Key issues and solutions
- Urodynamic Studies / Flowmetry / Manometry
- Many voiding or anal dysfunctions are not anatomic problems but tend to fall into a definition of functional problems. We carry out functional diagnostic tests so that later the treatments can be adjusted to each case.
- Pelvic floor rehabilitation
- Incontinence can be improved or prevented if we strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. The biofeedback technique with electrodes can help us identify the key pelvic floor muscles for enhanced continence.
- Cystoscopies and bladder instillations
- This refers to a test that allows us "to see the bladder inside". Essential test for the diagnosis and monitoring of many bladder diseases. Some bladder diseases require treatment in the form of "washes" with chemical substances or drug solutions that have proven clinical efficacy.
- Pelvic health tips
- Some conditions of the pelvic organs are not cured with medications or interventions but can improve with recommendations on lifestyle habits.
